Fastest Way To Lose Fat
You, yes you reading this, read the title and immediately thought one of two things. Either "Finally, some tips on how to burn fat efficiently!" or "Here he goes, yet another person who thinks they have some secret method for incredible fat loss". Well, I'm here to disappoint both person A and person B.
Person A, I'm not here to give you tips, I'm here to open your mind to the realization that accumulating dozens of tips won't make your body magically morph into a lean, mean, fat blazing machine.
Person B, I'm not here to give you some secret ninja technique, but rather, to present solid nutritional and dietary foundations that when applied properly lead to results that are nothing short of astounding.
Without further ado, lets get into just how it is possible to lose fat quickly and healthfully.
First, What Is Body Fat? And Why Does Our Body Store It?
Body fat is simply stored energy (calories). When we eat calories in excess of what our bodies needed that day, our bodies break down the excess food and store it as fat. It does this because in nature it is wise to save food for later, after all, you never know when a shortage of food may happen.
In modern times, we hardly have the need to exert much energy because we have cars, buses, elevators, etc. Also, food is in abundance, grocery stores are full and restaurants are on ever block, but our bodies are still survival machines so they continue to store excess calories as fat.
Second, How Do We Make Our Bodies Burn Stored Fat?
So how do we tell our bodies "Hey! Start burning fat, I don't need it anymore!"
The simple answer is to create a calorie deficit.
Being in a calorie deficit is when your body is burning more calories than you consume, so in order to make up for the missing calories, your body starts burning that body fat it has been storing. Calorie deficit = weight loss, but as always, life isn't that simple.
Third, A Calorie Deficit Can Feel Like Heaven Or Hell, You Pick Which One!
Just like tearing down a building, you can either do it by running yourself into its walls until something gives.
Or you can use the right tools, equipment, and machinery to make it a breeze.
When deciding how you should use a calorie deficit to tear down walls of excess body fat, please consider acquiring the right tools. I've seen too many people try to lose weight by eating processed garbage that says its only 100 calories. Yes, chemically it is only 100 calories, but in the real world, it's more like 300 calories. Let me explain...
You have a bag of crackers that says it only has 100 calories, so you think to yourself "That's not a whole lot of calories, and it looks good so lets chomp those crackers!" They hit your lips, the flavor is swirling on your tongue, and down the hatch they go.
10 minutes later you feel hungry again; huh, that's weird, you just snacked. Little do you know your body got almost no nourishment out of those crackers, so now it wants more calories. The crackers were nothing more than some bleached flour, salt, and some other ingredients that are unpronounceable.
Your body received calories from that snack, but those calories were empty and not filling at all. So then youwant need to eat another 100 calories in hopes it will help, and if those next 100 calories are also garbage you have yourself another 100 calories to reach 300 calories.
If everything you eat is processed garbage, you can expect to feel miserable while in a caloric deficit. Instead, if you eat 100 calories worth of strawberries (roughly 2 cups of whole strawberries) you are going to feel full with fiber, healthy sugar, and a boost of vitamin C. It's going to feel like a strawberry meal rather than a snack.
So, what is the:

The Top Benefits Of A Low-Carb Diet
There are many benefits to a low-carb diet. The foods you choose every day can improve your overall health and your life. You can start with some of the top benefits, and decide if you are ready to make changes in your diet.
Low-Carb Diets For Weight Loss
A low-carb diet is an excellent choice when you want to lose weight. When you significantly reduce your intake of carbohydrates, you can expect to lose more weight in a shorter period of time than the weight loss you would experience on traditional low-fat diets.
While a low-carb diet, combined with an exercise program, can lead to faster weight loss, you will have better results by also increasing your intake of protein. A diet that is high in protein and low in carbs will help you feel satisfied with less food and smaller meals.
The combination can reduce cravings and hunger pangs between meals so you are not as likely to cheat on your diet. The natural energy you enjoy can be consistent, rather than the short-term energy spikes that occur from consuming too many carbohydrates. This evenness of energy will allow your weight loss program to be a less difficult endeavor, and you will reach your goal.
The Low-Carb Diet Will Improve Your Blood Sugar Levels
Many problems can occur when blood sugar levels do not remain stable. In addition to health problems, you may experience feelings of tiredness, headaches, nausea, or other bothersome symptoms. Low-carb diets can prevent these issues by keeping your blood sugar levels stable. Not only will you be healthier, you will feel healthier.
If you are diabetic or prediabetic, stable blood sugar is essential to your health. If you do not have either of these conditions, a diet that is low in carbs can reduce your risk of developing diabetes and prediabetes.
A Low-Carb Diet Can Improve Heart Health
There are a number of factors involved in heart health, and some can easily be addressed by a diet that is low in carbohydrates. One example is the diet's effects on blood pressure. As high blood pressure can contribute to heart disease, it is important to know a healthy diet can lower your blood pressure. This factor is especially relevant if you are overweight.
A second example is the effects on HDL cholesterol. Your risk of developing heart disease is increased when your HDL cholesterol levels are too low. A high-carbohydrate diet will increase the HDL cholesterol levels in your blood. So skip the breads, and reach for the eggs instead.
Low-Carb Diets Reduce Inflammation
Inflammation in your body can significantly increase your risk of numerous health issues. From a higher risk of heart disease to rheumatoid arthritis, inflammation is a contributing factor.
The C-reactive proteins in your blood are responsible for inflammation. These proteins can be reduced by restricting the carbohydrates in your diet.
These are some of the top benefits you can appreciate when you choose a diet that is low in carbohydrates. You can look forward to better general health, a reduced risk of many health problems, a lower weight, and overall physical fitness.
However, if you are not accustomed to a low-carbohydrate diet, it is wise to discuss these changes with your doctor. If you simply eliminate carbohydrates from your diet, you can experience problems. Gastrointestinal difficulties, fatigue, and headaches are some of the most common problems.
A low-carb diet does not mean eliminating carbs entirely. Your body needs some carbohydrates to function properly. Unless your physician recommends otherwise, you should consume at least twenty grams of carbs per day. If you approach a low-carbohydrate diet in a sensible manner, and increase the protein and healthy fat in your diet, you can expect to experience all the benefits discussed above. Thank you for reading and have an awesome day.

10 Best Ways To Live A Healthier Life
They say that life is for the living; but this doesn't mean
that you should just live out your life in a humdrum manner. In order to ensure
that you live a good quality life and prolong your longevity you need to switch
to a healthier lifestyle. Health is wealth -- this is absolutely true because
when you have good health by your side, you will be able to face any obstacle
life throws at you and emerge victorious! Turning over a new leaf and living a
better and healthier lifestyle is not necessarily difficult; all you need to do
is to make the right lifestyle choices and to take them seriously in order to
start living a healthy lifestyle. Given below are the top ten things you can
incorporate into your life in order to achieve good health and fitness.
Which would you choose? |
1. Following a balanced diet -- An individual's appearance
is affected by two strong factors: 70% diet and 30% exercise. Since our diet or
the foods we ingest into our systems is majorly responsible for our figures
therefore it is wise to opt for a balanced diet. When you follow a good diet
you will be able to provide your body with all the minerals and vitamins it
needs in order to stay healthy and fit. In case your diet does not offer all
the necessary nutrients and minerals then you can cheat by popping vitamin
supplements to fulfill the necessary vitamins quota.
2. Exercising on a regular basis -- A lot of people are
unhappy about their bodies and yet they do nothing to improve their figures!
Exercising can trigger the release of chemicals known as endorphins in your
body. These promote a general sense of well-being and happiness. In addition to
getting a good body, exercising also does wonders for the self-esteem of the
individual. 20-30 minutes of exercise every day is sufficient to have a slim
and toned figure, as long as you're consistent in your efforts.
3. Engaging in mental exercises -- Just keeping your body
fit is not enough, you also need to ensure that your mind gets adequate
exercise. Engaging in mental exercises and games is the best way to keep your
mind or brain young and healthy. When you are fit mentally, it will also
reflect physically!
4. Cutting out late night eating from your daily schedule --
Although this is a small and relatively simple step, it does offer a great
positive impact to your body if you stick to it. People generally have the
cravings for late night desserts or snacks before bed time but this is a great
blunder because you're body’s metabolic rate gradually slows down from 7 pm
onwards.
5. Staying hydrated -- The human body is made up of around
70% water, therefore we need to stay hydrated in order for our bodies to
function optimally. Don't wait till you start feeling thirsty before you reach
out for your water bottle because even slight dehydration is bad for your
health. Also, always carry a water bottle with you when you're outside to keep
your body hydrated.
6. Manage your blood pressure well -- High and low blood
pressure is very damaging for the body and it gives rise to a wealth of stroke
and vascular diseases. The veins in your body are just like the pipes in the
plumbing system of your house, they have the tendency of bursting if the
pressure is too high! Keeping your blood pressure under control is easy, you
need to eat well, sleep adequately and exercise frequently.
7. Avoid smoking -- This one is a no-brainer. If you want to
have a healthier lifestyle then you should rule out smoking from your life.
Smoking causes a great degree of damage to the lungs and the heart and it also
makes the skin sallow. When you quit smoking you will notice that you're much
better off without it than with it!
8. Getting enough sleep -- Sleep is the balm for a tired
mind and body, when your body doesn't get adequate sleep health problems begin
cropping up. People who do not get enough sleep often suffer from high blood
pressure and depression, both of which are very effective for shortening one's
life. At least 6-8 hours of sleep is required by an average adult on a daily
basis.
9. Cultivating good relationships -- Apart from being fit
physically and mentally, it is also necessary to take care of your life by
maintaining close relationships with friends or family members. When you have
valuable relationships in your life you will have a shock absorbing system to
fall back on. This system will offer support when you deal with the jerks and tough
impacts of life!
10. Spiritual health
-- A healthy lifestyle is one wherein you are healthy in all aspects, including
spiritually. Your mind, body and spirit will need a break from time to time.
You can use this 'break time' to connect with God, meditate or make prayers in
peaceful silence. This practice will put things into perspective in your life
and clarify it more.

Lose Weight In A Month By Changing How You Drink Water
Water is obviously the healthiest liquid you could
drink, but did you know by changing how you drink this healthy supporter of
life you can dramatically increase your fat loss?
In this article I’ll give you the top 5 ways you can
change how you drink water to boost your weight loss efforts.
Drink Water Consistently The Entire Day
Drinking water throughout the day will make you feel
fuller and satisfied, therefore, avoiding cravings. By feeling fuller you also
eat smaller meals which will bring down the amount of calories you consume in a
day. Less calories = faster weight loss. Try to consume 8 or more glasses of
water a day.
Substitute All Your Other Drinks With Water
It blows my mind how many calories and sugar is in a
seemingly healthy drink like a v8 splash. It’s advertised as a healthy blend of
fruits and vegetables, so that must mean you can drink it with a clear conscious
right? Wrong! A 16 fl oz. bottle will have 140 calories, 32 grams of sugar, and
its main source of sugar is high fructose corn syrup. I won’t touch on high
fructose syrup here because it should be a post in itself. So what should you
do to avoid consuming sneaky calories laced with sugar? Just drink water, and
water alone. You may be thinking, “But water is so bland, it sucks”. Remember,
use water as a tool to get to your weight loss goals, then once you achieve
them you can eat whatever you want because you’ll know how to maintain that
healthy weight.
Cold Water Is A Secret Fat Loss Booster
Studies have shown that drinking cold water as
opposed to room temperature water cause your body to have a metabolic reaction.
Let me explain, the human body is mostly made up of water. Our body uses water
at room temperature or hotter. So when you drink cold water, your body has to
use energy (calories) to warm up water and get it to a useful temperature. This
allows you to passively increase your body’s metabolism, just by drinking your
water cold! This trick is awesome and has never let me down. Try it today!
How To Lose Excess Water Weight
The pounds you read on your scale are many different
things: muscle, fat, bones, organs, excess water, etc. Your body holds excess
water in different places and once you get rid of it, you will look leaner and
meaner. So how do you get rid of it? A simple method bodybuilders use around
the globe to get shredded for a competition or photo shot is decreasing the
amount of salt they consume and increasing the amount of water they drink. Consuming
a lot of salt (sodium) causes your body to hold onto water. Similarly, if you
don’t drink enough water, your body will hold onto water because it doesn’t
know when the next time you give it more will be. So by decreasing your salt
intake and drinking more water, your body gets rid of extra water weight because
it no longer has a need for it. The final result of this manipulation will be
you looking thinner and leaner.
And Finally, Always Drink Water Before You Eat A
Meal
This one kind of calls back to our first way to
change how we consume water, but this change is really your ace in the hole. It’s
a game changer. Simply put, drink 1 or 2 cups of water 5 – 10 minutes before
you eat a meal. This makes your brain think you are fuller when you begin to
eat the meal, so you will instinctively eat less. After all, the golden rule of
fat loss is less calories = faster fat loss.
I hope you enjoyed this article, and always
remember, water is your best friend!
Don't like drinking plain water? Try this!
What it’s like to Be Fat vs. What it’s like to Be Lean & Fit
Sun comes through your blinds as you begin to hear
the birds outside chirping. It’s a new day, but nothing really feels any
different. Sitting up is a task because the many pounds of belly fat you carry
get in the way of you getting your chest closer to your legs. Once you stand up
you can feel your feet and knees already start to complain about the strain you
put on them.
After taking care of necessities you head to the
kitchen where your “healthy” cereal awaits you. You think to yourself “It says
it has 13 vitamins and minerals, a good amount of fiber, and it’s whole grain;
so it must be good for me, I’m at least starting my day off right”.
The commute to work is exhaustingly stressful, but
to add harm to injury you feel uneasy and tired.
“I just woke up, why do I already feel tired!? Did
my eight hours not count for anything?”
As you slowly drive down the highway you see a
billboard advertising a local gym, it reads “First month is FREE!” You think to
yourself in an uncomfortable way “Who has time for that?”
You finally get to work and drive into the parking
area when you see a fellow co-worker getting out of his car doing a couple
dance moves and with a huge smile on his face.
You think to yourself, “I wish my morning started
like that.”
Vs.
You wake up to the sound of birds chirping, you take
a deep breath and the feeling of air filling your lungs to capacity relaxes
you. It’s a new and beautiful day.
When you walk into the bathroom you can help but
look at yourself in the mirror.
“Wow!” you think to yourself.
“Losing all that weight was sooooooo worth it!”
Feeling you flat stomach causes your brain to
release feel-good hormones that make you smile.
After doing a few morning stretches you head to the
kitchen where magic is about to happen. You turn up that music that soaks into
your body and makes you dance. Woah, making oatmeal and scrambled eggs has
never been so fun, even though you do this every morning.
After getting ready for work, you’re off to face the
morning commute, but who cares you feel great and can’t wait to tackle the day.
As traffic slows down, your car ends up next to one
with a cute member of the opposite sex. Both of you can’t help but smile at
each other, it’s too bad you’re in traffic instead of a coffee shop.
Driving to your companies parking lot you recognize
a car that is about to drive past you. It’s them, the cute person in traffic,
they must work here too! Awesome!
Once you park you can’t help but bust a few moves as
you get out of your car because today is going to be a great day.

A Healthy Life Is Paramount!
Imagine you are 16
years old again, and a parent decides it's time to give you your first car.
When they hand you the keys you almost faint with excitement because the key
has a Ferrari logo on it.
"No way",
you think as you wonder if they're serious. They say "It's right around
the corner, go take a look." So you rush, no you sprint, no you dash to
finally lay your eyes on your dream car.
You can't believe your
eyes, is this really a Ferrari? In front of you sits a rusty, chipped, dirty,
and bend automobile that vaguely resembles a Ferrari. And by vaguely I mean you
really need to stretch your imagination and walk around the automobile a couple
times to make out the Ferrari lying dormant beneath all of this disorder.
In revolt you turn to
your parent and blurt out "What is this? Does it even turn on?" They
look at you in the eyes and say "This is a starting point, beneath lies a
beautiful Ferrari, one that could stop the block, but you yourself will have to
make a Ferrari out of this pile of metal."
That pile of metal is
your body when it is unhealthy and ignored. Beneath the lethargy, fat rolls,
acne, cellulite, or whatever you are experiencing, is a Ferrari of a body, a
real head turner. The catch is, however, that you must bring out that healthy
form by your own efforts.
It can be intimidating
to look upon that bend, dirty, and rusty pile of metal and realize you caused
that. You drove your secret Ferrari of a body to McDonalds, through a dozen
drive throughs, and even brought home unhealthy food from the grocery
store.
But DO NOT BE
DISCOURAGED, the Ferrari is still there, you are still alive, so there is still
time to tune that sucker up and take it for a high speed run.
Never forget that, you
have a Ferrari just waiting to be discovered and seen by all. The most
important person who needs to know absolutely believe that fact is you! And
DO NOT HESITATE or time, rain, and rust will make it harder and harder to mold
it into a Ferrari. So start today, and never give up until the Ferrari gets to
make its first and permanent appearance!
